Preparation for the Service

*We will confirm your intention to join this service using the registration form. If you decline to join this service, only your company information will be posted on the official Website.

*Visitors interested in your information will request an appointment with you.

Note: Product specifications and design may change to improve performance without any prior notification.

After the start of this service

*The service will tentatively be available for exhibitors and visitors from late February.

You will receive messages from those who are interested in your information that is posted on the official website.

Check a convenient time and confirm the appointment. If the requested appointment is not available for scheduling, you can suggest a different time to meet the visitor or you can refuse the request.

After registration, you can search for visitors who are planning to attend the exhibition and send messages to them. This service allows visitors to request appointments with you.

Shell Scheme Package Booth

Ready-made booth system, each package booth, is available upon request for one unit or more. Particularly convenient for overseas exhibitors. This system is provided with the minimum necessary facilities such as floor carpet, furniture, lighting facilities and fascia for conpany's name and space.

Payment of the space fee

Space fee shall be transfer to the Management Office in currency of Japanese Yen. Total fee shall be paid within 30 days upon application.

Deadline for Application

December 11, 2009 Friday

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before December 11, 2010, 50% of space fee is levied to the Management Office and 100% of space fee is levied after December 11, 2010. If exhibitor fails to commerce use of the allocated booth by April 20, 2010, exhibitor will forfeit the right to use the space and booth. In this case, the Management Office will not return the paid fee to exhibitor.

Exhibitor Meeting

Exhibitor Meeting which explain the floor plan, rules for exhibits and demonstration and other information to exhibitors will be held as following schedule. Detailed information shall be informed to exhibitors after the application. For those exhibitors unable to attend the meeting, the Management Office will send all the infomation given in the meeting to them by Express airmail.
