Shell Scheme Package Booth

Ready-made booth system, each package booth, is available upon request for one unit or more. Particularly convenient for overseas exhibitors. This system is provided with the minimum necessary facilities such as floor carpet, furniture, lighting facilities and fascia for conpany's name and space.

*The Early Bird Rates is applies to applicants who are registering before September 11, 2009 Friday.

Payment of the space fee

Space fee shall be transfer to the Management Office in currency of Japanese Yen. Total fee shall be paid within 30 days upon application.

Deadline for Application

December 11, 2009 Friday

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before December 11, 2010, 50% of space fee is levied to the Management Office and 100% of space fee is levied after December 11, 2010. If exhibitor fails to commerce use of the allocated booth by April 20, 2010, exhibitor will forfeit the right to use the space and booth. In this case, the Management Office will not return the paid fee to exhibitor.

Exhibitor Meeting

Exhibitor Meeting which explain the floor plan, rules for exhibits and demonstration and other information to exhibitors will be held as following schedule. Detailed information shall be informed to exhibitors after the application. For those exhibitors unable to attend the meeting, the Management Office will send all the infomation given in the meeting to them by Express airmail.
